Roy Pajela

Roy Emanuell Pajela, or Mentor Roy, as everyone knows is a Certified Bokashi Pinoy Practitioner since early 2019, and has been a long-time mentor for the advocates willing to learn the ropes of reducing their waste going to the landfills.

As an engineer, he instills a very practical approach to teaching and doing things in a very simple way. His layman approach helps even the novice advocates learn the process very fast. Making the process is as simple as possible and so that people will tend to stick to the new habits they just learn is the way of his teaching.

His interest in planting paved the way for his desire in making his own compost, learning the Bokashi Pinoy Method of fermenting and composting had been an easy task for him, and now is sharing his experiences and experiments with people that are willing to make their own compost in their small space.
